PhD, MSc Pirjo Pärnänen is the inventor of patented fermented lingonberry juice. She has a 30 year history as a dentist in the private sector and 15 years of laboratory and clinical studies with fermented lingonberry juice at the University of Helsinki and Helsinki University Central Hospital, Finland. Her aim has been to develop a natural product for oral home care for patients suffering from dry mouth and related conditions, such as candidiasis, caries and periodontitis. Samantha Phillips is the representative of Noooner Ltd (UK distributor of Lingora, Berries United Ltd, Helsinki, Finland).
