Erica has worked in dentistry for almost ten years, starting as a receptionist, progressing to nursing, and then to treatment coordinator. She is currently undertaking a diploma in dental management. Erica has been instrumental in designing the patient journey at Chapel Dental. Her ability to adapt to each patient's unique personality has significantly increased new patient acceptance rates. Erica's meticulous attention to detail, from the initial phone call to the first meet-and-greet, is evident in the positive feedback received from our patients. Popular among all, Erica balances her professional dedication with her role as a mother to two beautiful daughters, who are her pride and joy outside of work.
