James spends most of his time advising on buying and selling practices, raising finance to support practice growth and advising on financial reporting and tax matters. Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team, named a Top 10 UK Adviser by Experian, achieved a record-breaking year in 2022 where they completed 165 deals with a combined value of over £1.53 billion, with the healthcare and dental market transactions totalling over £905 million.
