Dr Nilufar Ahmed, is a multi-award winning Chartered Psychologist, Academic, Speaker, Psychotherapist, and Diversity and Inclusion Consultant specialising in behaviour and identity. Driven by a passion for equality and inclusion, she works closely with organisations of all sizes from small businesses to global multinationals, helping them actualise their visions of cultural change and inclusion. At Bristol Dental School she is the Clinical Communication Skills Lead, and is the most prolific female media commentator for the University. She has held positions as Antiracism and Inclusion Lead and delivered training, keynotes, and consultancy services across sectors including Higher Education, Business, and Government.
