Sunita is the founder of Dental Practice Management Training and is a legal consultant and trains Practice Managers on the HR and compliance issues pertaining to dental practices. She began her career in the dental industry by working as a senior legal adviser of the British Dental Association, advising Practice owners and managers on all aspects of HR, employment and Associateship issues. She then branched out to consult with practices on her own before co-owning and managing a successful Specialist practice in Wimpole Street for 5 years. She is now working alongside Collaborate Dental to offer tailor-made HR and legal advice to dental practices across the country and provides an education platform for owners and managers through workshops and study groups.
