To educate the clinical team in understanding the MAGIC technique™ so to enable them to carry out time limited treatments on patients that suffer with a hypersensitive gag reflex. To understand why the MAGIC technique™ combined with cognitive behavioural therapy as described in the book 'Gagging for It' can greatly reduce or eliminate the hypersensitive gag reflex permanently.
