A checklist that takes ten minutes on paper is done in about two and a half minutes. Finished forms are rendered on your own letterhead — practice name, address, CQC and GDC registration numbers and your logo — and every submission is rendered to PDF with a unique content hash, so inspectors get a verifiable copy on demand.
Pricing is pay as you go, with no subscription and no per-seat licence. In our August 2026 measurements, the median completed form cost about £2.60.
