With over 15 years in dentistry, including six as a dental therapist, Bradley combines clinical practice, mentorship, practice support and hands-on teaching to help shape the future of dental therapy. Providing private and NHS direct access and referral based care, he champions a patient-centred, minimally invasive approach, with a particular passion for helping children build positive relationships with dental care. Beyond the clinic, he mentors fellow therapists, delivers hands-on courses in paediatric dentistry and supports practices in implementing effective therapy pathways. His aim is to help dental therapists grow in confidence, put their skills into practice and demonstrate the difference the profession can make to patients and dental teams.
