Dr James Goolnik is a London-based holistic dentist and founder of Optimal Dental Health. A former president of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, he is author of Kick Sugar and Brush and an accredited member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, fully SMART-certified. He has trained with Dr Dominik Nischwitz and is certified by the Institute of Biological Dentistry. Currently studying Functional Nutrition with ION, James integrates nutrition, sleep health, and airway support into dentistry. Twice named among dentistry’s Top 50 Most Influential, he also serves as Chair of the Private Dentistry Awards.
