Dr James Goolnik is a London-based holistic dentist and founder of Optimal Dental Health. A former President of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, he is the author of Kick Sugar and Brush and an accredited, SMART-certified member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. James has trained with Dr Dominik Nischwitz, is certified by the Institute of Biological Dentistry, holds a diploma in Functional Nutrition and is part of the inaugural cohort of the Institute of Functional Dentistry. He integrates nutrition, sleep health and airway support into preventive dental care. Twice named among dentistry’s Top 50 Most Influential, James also serves as Chair of the Private Dentistry Awards.
