Ravinder Nottra is the founder of sigmasmile, the UK's first Lean Six Sigma consultancy built specifically for dental practice operations. Her career spans thirty years. The first half was spent in operational and commercial leadership, including a long stint with John Lewis and Waitrose, where she led large teams of and learned what it means when a business puts its people and its customers first. The second half has been spent in operational excellence, working as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, across retail, legal, fintech and dental, including three years at Align Technology on the global continuous improvement team and marketing. Today, for the first time, she brings the methodology used to build the world's best run businesses, to the dental world.
