Dr. Sarika Shah is a dentist, award-nominated practice owner, and founder of Flourish as a Female – In Dentistry, a leadership platform empowering women to lead with confidence and clarity. A graduate of the University of Manchester (2006) with a Master’s in Restorative Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute (2015), she founded Platinum Dental Care in Canary Wharf in 2017. With 19 years of experience, Sarika is passionate about redefining leadership in dentistry, fostering collaboration, trust, and well-being. She equips professionals—especially women—with practical tools to create cultures where leadership elevates patient care, team performance, and practice success.
