How do I register?

Dental professionals can register for Dentistry Show London 2024 here.

What information do I need to give aside from usual contact details?

Your GDC number, if you are a registered dental professional, and a unique email address. 

Can I register colleagues?

No, you can invite colleagues to join you at the show when you register but each delegate must register themselves using a unique email address. If you would like to register a group, then please email us at dentistry@closerstillmedia.com.

Is there a charge to register or enter the show?

The show is free to attend for registered dental professionals only.

Can I register at the venue on the day? 

Yes you can. However, we recommend you pre-register to avoid unnecessary time queuing to enter the event.  

What will you send me once I have registered? 

You will receive an email confirmation. We will be in touch with regular updates in the run up to the show. If you register within three weeks of the show, please print your confirmation email and bring with you on the day.

How do I gain eCPD?

All Dentistry Show London delegates are scanned in to theatre sessions so eCPD learning can be recorded and added to delegate certificates. Certificates will be available to download 6 weeks after the show. Make sure you get scanned in to every theatre session you attend to ensure all your eCPD is recorded. You will need to remain in the theatre for the duration of the session to gain the full amount of time, if you leave a session early, you will only gain the amount of time that you attended the session for.

Will the presentations be available to view after the show? 

The session slides and audio recordings will be available after the show for a limited period to anybody who has attended the show via the event app. CPD will not be available for the recordings.

Admissions Policy

Entry to Dentistry Show London is free for dental professionals - including dentists, dental therapists and hygienists, dental nurses, practice managers, treatment co-ordinators, dental technicians, reception teams and procurement teams - only. Dental manufacturers and service providers are allowed to attend and must purchase a commercial pass here, priced at £650 + VAT per person.

Can I bring my children?

Dentistry Show London is a trade event and not a recommended environment for children, there is no childcare provision at the show so please plan in advance. Read the full admissions policy here.

Are students allowed access?  

Undergraduate dental students are welcome to attend. 

Do attendees need to bring business identification? 

We recommend you bring a business card if you don’t register prior to the event.
